Design & Development Associates have recently secured planning approval for an extension, alterations, erection of two outbuildings and change of use to Gifted in Lymington Road, Highcliffe.

Gifted is run by Stable Family Homes Trust that provide services to support people with learning difficulties to lead fulfilling lives. Design and Development Associates worked alongside Pure Town Planning to assess the charities needs and designed extensions and alterations to improve the site for the Charity.

The application was submitted to Christchurch Borough Council by Pure Town Planning and was successfully negotiated to approval.
