This bumper amount of approvals is a testament to our Architectural Designers who work tirelessly at chasing local authorities for updates on behalf of our clients. The approvals are as follows:
24 Cowley Road – Approved on the 16th August in New Forest District Council for a new single storey rear extension and contemporary re-model of a bungalow.
47 Boundary Lane – Planning Approved on the 17th August for a new single storey side and rear extension. Site is located in a Greenbelt zone of East Dorset Council.
180 Howeth Road – Planning Approved on the 20th August for a new in-fill extension and loft conversion to a bungalow situated in Bournemouth Borough Council.
8 Fontmell Road – Planning Approved on the 21st August for a replacement of an existing conservatory for a new organery in the Borough of Poole.
31 Richmond Wood Road – Planning Approved on the 21st August for raise in ridge height and new side dormers to a block of flats in Bournemouth Borough Council.
4 Thornbury Road – Approved on the 21st August for a new loft conversion and single storey rear extension situated in Bournemouth Borough Council.
244 Sopwith Crescent – Planning Approved on the 23rd August for a single storey rear and side extension in the Borough of Poole.
9 Chander Close – Planning Approved on the 23rd August for a garage conversion with East Dorset Council. This application had two Oak trees protected by TPOs so this application required negotiated between Tree & Planning Officers to secure consent and demonstrate not adverse impact on these TPOs.
243 Herbert Avenue – Planning Approved on the 23rd August for a single storey rear extension, loft conversion and re-model of the existing bungalow in the Borough of Poole.
10 Springdale Avenue – Planning Approved on the 23rd August for a single storey rear extension in the Borough of Poole.
30 Burnham Drive – Planning Approved on the 23rd August for amendments to a loft conversion, internal alterations and a contemporary re-model to a bungalow situated in Bournemouth.
We will now be working with the above clients on advising them of the Building Control process and ensuring they have the correct paperwork in place prior to the commencement of works.
