While it has been another turbulent year, with over 6 months being some form of lockdown, we are pleased to report we have been securing approvals for our clients throughout the entire year.

As people spend more time at home, people have been using their homes differently, meaning an increase in the number of people seeking to extend, remodel and improve their properties.

I am pleased to report we have received over 131 separate commissions in 2021, with 76 Planning Applications submitted to BCP Council & Dorset Councils in the last 12 months. While we are still waiting for 11 applications to be decided at the time of writing, but we are thrilled to announce our planning approval rate is 98.5% in 2021.

Our covid secure initial consultants have proved ever popular in 2021, with more people relishing the opportunity to discuss their project with a designer and allowing us to provide quality design & planning advice.

As we look forward into 2022, we aim to continue supporting homeowners with their residential design projects by providing industry leading advice ensuring our clients aspirations successfully come into fruition.
