Design & Development Associates have just secured planning approval for a 650ft² extension to the main function room to Cobham Sports and Social Club in Poole.

The proposal was for a side extension for additional storage and to replace three dilapidated buildings to the north of the site. Design & Development Associates quickly undertook a survey of the premise and produces plans that were instantly approved by the club’s committee.

Due to the fact the planning application was a full application that falls within a designated greenbelt zone, Design & Development Associates instruction our highly recommended Town Planners Pure Town Planning to produce a thorough Design & Access Statement making reference to the relevant greenbelt policies.

Due to the good architectural design and a well presented planning policy argument the application was approved. We are now in the process of producing a detailed building regulations pack so works can start without delay.
